Success Story: Ruel Espinoza Enteria

Certified TESDA Trainer | Automotive Servicing NC I & II | Driving NC II

Ruel Espinoza Enteria, a seasoned industry worker and chief mechanic, began a transformative journey at iTech Computer Academy Inc. by enrolling in the Automotive Servicing NC I program. He graduated with flying colors and passed the TESDA national competency assessment, officially validating his years of hands-on experience.

With the support of iTech, Ruel went on to complete Trainers Methodology I and earn his National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC). He further advanced by passing Automotive Servicing NC II (Electrical Repair) and later acquired his NTTC in Driving NC II, leveraging his expertise in both vehicle repair and driving.

Today, Ruel is a Certified TESDA Trainer and has already trained multiple batches in:

  • Automotive Servicing NC I
  • Driving NC II — with a 100% competency rate for all batches assessed

As part of the DepEd–Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP), Ruel trained Grade 12 learners from:

  • 🏫 Eguia National High School
  • 🏫 Don Pedro National High School

Notably, his automotive servicing students from both schools achieved a 100% competency assessment passing rate, proving the effectiveness of his hands-on and industry-driven training approach.

Ruel is also preparing to expand his credentials to include Automotive Servicing NC II – Engine and Chassis Repair, further solidifying his place as a multi-certified, highly effective technical-vocational trainer.

“From chief mechanic to certified TESDA trainer, Ruel’s journey inspires our learners to dream big and work hard.”
